Cookies allows a web page, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or browsing habits of his or her hardware and, depending on the information it contains and the way the equipment is used, it can be used to recognize the user.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Rights of recipients of services\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In compliance with the Act 34\/2002 related to Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE for its acronym in Spanish) the RESPONSIBLE PARTY is compelled to obtain the express consent of the user of all websites that use analytical cookies and advertising and affiliation cookies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cookies that have the only purpose of allowing communication between the user&rsquo;s equipment and the network (technical cookies) or the purpose of strictly providing a service expressly requested by the user, those are exempted from compliance with this obligation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Types of cookies\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the entity that manages the cookies: <\/span><\/i><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Own cookies: those sent to the user&rsquo;s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third-party cookies: those sent to the user&rsquo;s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the period that cookies remain activated:\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session cookies: they are a type of cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. They are usually used to store information that must be maintained for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Persistent cookies: they are a type of cookies in which the data is still stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed during a period defined by for the cookie responsible. The period\u2019s range can be from a few minutes to several years.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to its purpose:\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical cookies: those that allows the user to navigate through a website, platform or application and the utilization of different options or services existing in it.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personalization cookies: those that allows the user to access the service with some predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria in the user&rsquo;s terminal (language, type of browser through which the service is accessed, regional settings, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analysis cookies: those that allows the person responsible for it to follow up and analyze the behavior of the users of the websites to which they are related (activity measurement, preparation of user navigation profiles, etc., in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data made by the users of the service).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advertising cookies: those that allows the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that the editor has included in the website, application or platform from which it provides the requested service based on criteria such as edited content or how often ads are shown.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Behavioral advertising cookies: advertising cookies that stores information about the behavior of users obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, in order to develop a specific profile to show him or show her advertising based on it.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>Types of cookies used on this website\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subsection 4, that may or may not appear (take into account for numbering of headings), based on marking it in the generation of the document, with the following selectable examples and the option to include other cookies as free text:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> PHPSESSID: technical and session cookie containing the session identifier. It expires in 1 minute since the last update.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utma: Google Analytics cookie that records the date of the first and last time the user visited the website. It expires at 2 years since the last update.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utmb: Google Analytics cookie that records the time of arrival on the website. It expires 30 minutes after the last update.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utmc: Google Analytics cookie used for interoperability with the urchin.js tracking code. It is deleted once the browser is closed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utmt: Google Analytics cookie used to process the type of request maded by the user. It expires at the end of the session.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utmv: Google Analytics cookie. This cookie is used to segment demographic data. It expires at the end of the session.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> _utmz: Google Analytics cookie that stores the traffic source or a campaign to explain how the user arrived at the website.
