One of the main characteristics of the pomegranate is its great antioxidant power.<\/strong> This food has a high water content, and its energy value is very low. It is a fruit rich in minerals, especially potassium, although it also provides phosphorus, manganese, calcium, iron and magnesium. Among the vitamins, it contains mainly vitamins C, B1 and B2.<\/p>\n

Organic sweet potato contains carbohydrates, vegetable protein, fibre, minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, C, E and K It also contains essential antioxidants. Our privileged location provides us with the ideal conditions for growing sweet potato.
