\nAktuell weisen wir eine kontrollierte Produktion von Bio-Granat\u00e4pfeln auf, die auf zwei Hauptsorten zentriert ist: Eine davon ist fr\u00fcher reif und bildet ab Ende August Fr\u00fcchte, die andere besitzt ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Erntevolumen, ist aber erst etwas sp\u00e4ter reif und beginnt ihre Fruchtbildung Ende September. Diese dauert bis Dezember an und bietet sehr flexible Lieferzeiten, die sich an die Nachfrage aller Kunden in Bezug auf die Ernte anpassen.<\/p>\n

Eine der Haupteigenschaften des Granatapfels ist seine m\u00e4chtige antioxidative Wirkung<\/strong>. Dieses Nahrungsmittel verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen erh\u00f6hten Wassergehalt und damit einen sehr niedrigen Brennwert. Die Frucht ist reich an Mineralstoffen, insbesondere an Kalium, und ist au\u00dferdem eine Quelle f\u00fcr Phosphor, Mangan, Calcium, Eisen und Magnesium.
